My experience of training with Mila has been nothing short of phenomenal. That I got in shape and am fitting back into clothes that are a decade old (yes, I saved them in my closet!) is just one aspect of it. What is far more rewarding is that my aches and pains, including spondylosis, sciatica and migraines that caused me to take heavy painkillers twice a day, have almost gone to nil! I've been training for a year with Mila, and all this time, she thoughtfully designed my workout in a way that I would describe as a "comfortable challenge." She is mindful of movements that may aggravate my condition yet trains me to achieve the desired result. Of course, I treat myself to foods I love, but I feel energetic with the workouts and am motivated to carry on my own in her absence. She is great company and motivates without being overbearing. I recommend her wholeheartedly!
