I started my professional career as Physiotherapist before becoming a coach (it was many many many years ago)
I’m personal trainer with huge physiotherapy folder in my head 🙂
I’m passionate about: injury prevention, post rehabilitation training, recovery after exercise, posture correction, mobility and flexibility, functional movement and strength before body building.
